FORD C-MAX mk3 Dash issue

EN
In that topic will try to explain one really odd issue what I have with up mentioned C-max mk3.
The car in question do not own any fuses for the rear lights, and especially for the number plate!
That of course brought up an issue, what is is the point of that article…

The owner of the car decide to replace the number plate lamps. Unfortunately for him, manage to short one socket and that lead them to not work at all. And because the car switch all light when door is open, the instrument cluster die also..

What I check first was F69 on top of BCMi/GEM module. That fuse supply power to the dash panel.
The diagram I used as follow:

That is what I found from FORD service based on VIN:

From all information I gathered the short version is - battery > main fuse > small fuse > inside BCMi > instrument cluster

Nothing special overall, but in my case there was a problem. Based on diagrams, inside plug C8 on pin 16 there should be that power supply:

Well, it was perfect! The whole line up to that BCMi pin was present and working.
Unfortunately between the female plug C8 and the cluster plug C1 was no connection:

And what actually catch me unprepared, was the fact that pin 16 was totally missing of the female connector:

That was odd, because on every diagram that F69 fuse should be the supply one, inside the user manual same was stated, and here no wire was even connected to it.

Conductivity test between pin3 inside the instrument cluster and any pin on the GEM plugs did not give any feedback.
At that moment I chose that it`s not worth to spent time and will just fit new wire where initially should be.

Small cut on the original one:

From there, connection wire lead to the GEM module fuse zone. As bridge I have to use small connector like that:

and the result was:

And that is good, and all works but the next question should where to find similar pin:

Then it can be fit straight inside C8 plug!
