In that topic will try to describe one idea for my Xantia instrument cluster back-light, but it can be used/set to any other car or to be used for other project as well.
Parts been used : WS2812B LEDs , Arduino Nano, HC-06 serial(with board) and some small electronic elements.

| Well, the title is not exactly match of the real story, I did not fix the electronic in the motor, but hope when you get to the end of that article, you`ll be one idea more prepared what to check and expect if you get in that situation. Before even to begin will presume you have checked Fuses and Relays for some problem and we`re sure all that should work. So, the owner of the car get firstly passenger motor failure. Just to mention that here I speak for EU driving position not UK or JP. The diagnostic program(VCDS) pull the error and show it. Later on, that motor was replaced but quite soon after the wipers went dead again. And if you try look in group [9] you`ll get that: | Всъщност,заглавието е малко подвеждащо(нямам за цел да описвам оправяне на моторите) но се надявам в края на написаното да имате една идея горница какво да проверите в лучай на аналогичен проблем. Преди да започна с описанието предполагам, че сте проверили вече релета и бушони и е сигурно че от към този фронт нещата са наред. Собственикът на колата спомена първо е излизала грешка свързана с мотора на пасажерското място. Това отнасящо се към еропейските версии не UK, или Япония. Моторът е бил подменен с такъв от морга, но след това всякаква връзка с чистачките изчезнала, както и работещото им състояние. Тоест, останала да работи само задната. |

Android phone as Night Vision

| That project come to my mind actually from.. nowhere. Once I bought my new Samsung Xcover 3 and discover it support OTG I test it with USB flsh drive and hey - IT WORKED! What next? Why not to try USB camera. For that you need to know few things: 1. your USB camera need to be USB video class or UVC compatible (one list list here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_USB_video_class_devices) 2. power consumption to be low and voltage to be 5 3. android phone must support USB OTG and USB Devices not only flash memory 4. right software In my case the phone support all what is required, my cameras support all what is required, and was easy to find right software. Both of my tests was successful. Once with Logitech Webcam C300 (V-U0004) PN: 860-000184 and second with ebay USB endoscope mini camera. And because I`ve had one 3W IR torch what I bought for other project, I thought to myself: why not to try Night Vision Idea. | Всъщност този проект цъфна изневиделица. Купувайки моя нов Samsung Xcover 3 открих че подържа OTG и го пробвах с USB флашка и - Я, работи! Какво друго? Защо не опшитам с USB камера. За целта трябва да знете няколко неща: 1. USB камерата трябва да е USB video class или UVC съвместима (един от листингите: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_USB_video_class_devices) 2. консумацията на ток трябва да е минимална и камерата да е 5 волтова 3. android телефонът трябва да подържа USB OTG и USB устройства а не само флаш памети 4. подходящ софтуер В моя случай телефонът подържаше всичко необходимо, камерата отговаряше на условията, и бе лесно с намирането на правилната програма. Bridgeport “Pocket is not up” Alarm

Mazak Variaxis 500 Z axis problem-FIX
EN - If you own, or use Mazak Variaxis 500-5AX maybe hit the wall with one quite strange problem - if you work with Z axis lowered down close or after the table center sometimes you`ve got “overload Z” alarm. In our case was profile tool about 20mm taking no more than 1-2mm. In the time of the problem machine was still under guarantee but replacing servo block, setting lower speed in parameters and so on didn`t bring constant problem remove.
The solution was really strange - just zip tie the back response plug to be sure is not vibrating. I suspect high frequency signal going with error check and small vibration make the contacts to loose grip for ms or something like that.
Anyway, using that small “cheat” and you`ll get rid of the problem (about 8years with no such)
